Setsuko Sugimoto to Appear on NHK International Broadcasting Corporation’s “BENTO EXPO” – Bento Featuring Kyoto’s White Miso
Setsuko Sugimoto, the 10th-generation head of the Sugimoto Family and a renowned culinary researcher, will appear on NHK’s “BENTO EXPO.”
She will be joined by Mark Matsumoto, a food consultant who bridges Japanese cuisine with the world!
