We welcome you to our flowery Kyomachiya with early autumnal decorations.

This fall, we will display a special autumnal folding screen, a “Kikuzu Byobu (chrysanthemum screen),” and other traditional tools of the Sugimoto family.

In the Kyoto of the lingering summer heat, we hope you can feel early autumn in our machiya, filled with the wisdom of our ancestors who cherished the seasons.
